By accessing cognitivesaas.digital or booking a planning session with CognitiveSaaS Digital, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described

We provide human-delivered portfolio rebalancing planning sessions and related reviews described on this site. Content about Smart Crypto Calculator PC describes how clients may use their own calculator during planning; we do not sell that software on this site and do not process payments or execute trades online.

No investment advisory licence claim

Materials and sessions are educational and organisational planning aids. They are not personalised regulated investment advice, fund management, or brokerage. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and compliance with applicable law.

Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate holdings information for sessions. We are not liable for plans built on incomplete or incorrect data you supply.

Intellectual property

Site copy, session worksheets we author, and brand marks belong to CognitiveSaaS Digital or licensors. You may keep delivered sheets for personal use. You may not republish site content for commercial use without written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt forms, scrape at abusive volume, or submit unlawful content). Microsoft Store links, where present, redirect to apps.microsoft.com and do not initiate downloads from our servers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, CognitiveSaaS Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses arising after you receive a planning sheet. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
