Refund & cancellation policy
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of planning sessions.

This policy covers planning sessions, workshops, and check-ins booked with CognitiveSaaS Digital. It does not cover third-party software purchases (including Microsoft Store) or exchange trading fees.
Eligibility overview

| Cancel 5+ business days before session | Full refund of fees paid for that session |
| Cancel 2–4 business days before | 50% refund, or full credit toward a date within 60 days |
| Cancel within 1 business day or no-show | No refund; session may be rescheduled once at 50% of original fee if capacity allows |
| Workshop deposit | Refundable per the cancellation rows above |
| Prepaid quarterly pack unused sessions | Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase; no cash refund after expiry |
| Service not delivered due to our cancellation | Full refund or free reschedule at your choice |
Work already started
If we have already prepared a draft sheet after receiving your holdings pack and you cancel inside the 2–4 day window, the partial refund still applies; prepared materials remain yours.
Non-refundable items
- Completed sessions where the sheet has been delivered and no material error attributable to us is shown
- Third-party costs you incur (travel, software licences, exchange fees)
- Time spent on clarification emails included in a completed package
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least 3 business days’ notice. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the table above.
Refund process
Email info@cognitivesaas.digital with “Refund request”, your booking date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Bank or card processing times may add longer.
Deposits
Deposits are credited to the final invoice. If a refund is due, the deposit portion follows the same percentages as the table.
Materials
Physical printouts provided in Central meetings are yours to keep; we do not refund for unused paper copies.
