What to export before a rebalancing session
A short prep list so your Smart Crypto Calculator PC planning session spends time on targets, not on renaming duplicate tickers.
The best sessions start with tidy inputs. Here is the export pack we ask clients to prepare the evening before.
Holdings list
One table or CSV with asset name, quantity, and which venue holds it. If the same coin sits on two exchanges, list both rows — we will merge weights later.
Price source note
Write which price you trust for the session (exchange mid, index, or calculator default). Mixing sources mid-meeting creates fake drift.
Cash and stablecoin buffer
Separate “money I may spend this month” from “dry powder for rebalancing.” Mixing them is the most common prep mistake we see in Hong Kong clients who keep HKD bank cash alongside on-exchange stables.
Constraints
Coins you will not sell, unlock dates, and employer trading windows belong in a short bullet list. Constraints save more time than any chart.
